Ingredients

- 1 large flour tortilla
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced) or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
- chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix softened butter with garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt.
- Place tortilla on a flat surface and spread the garlic butter evenly across it.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses evenly over the buttered tortilla.
- Add red pepper flakes if using.
- Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 4–6 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
- Remove and let sit for 1–2 minutes.
- Slice into wedges and garnish with parsley if desired.
- Serve immediately while warm and crispy.

- For extra flavor, consider adding extra seasonings or toppings to the cheese before air frying.
