- 1 cup Ketchup (or sriracha for a spicy kick)
- 2 tbsp Mustard (or honey mustard for a twist)
Instructions
- Cook your choice of grains—like quinoa or rice—according to package directions, about 15-20 minutes.
- Shape ground beef or turkey into patties, season with salt and pepper, and grill or pan-fry over medium heat for 5-7 minutes per side.
- In the same pan, add diced onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft and slightly caramelized, about 5 minutes.
- Layer cooked grains at the bottom of each bowl, followed by sliced burger patties, sautéed veggies, and additional toppings.
- Finish off your burger bowls with a generous drizzle of your favorite sauce.
