Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping green onions and draining sauerkraut.
- In a bowl, combine corned beef, drained sauerkraut, shredded Swiss cheese, and green onions.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper diagonally. Spoon 2 tablespoons of filling onto one corner. Fold corners tightly and roll up like a burrito.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy on all sides (about 3-4 minutes per side).
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
