- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add chicken broth, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme, and rosemary.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken and mix it with the vegetables before serving.
