- 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- ½ cup (75g) mixed fresh berries
- ¼ cup (30g) granola
Instructions
- Combine the frozen acai purée, banana slices, and almond milk in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Adjust the consistency by adding more almond milk if needed—aim for a spoonable texture.
- Pour the mixture into bowls and scrape out every bit with a spatula.
- Top generously with fresh berries, granola, and drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
