Delicious blondies packed with Cadbury Mini Eggs, perfect for any occasion!
Ingredients

- ½ Cup Butter (melted and cooled to room temp)
- ¾ Cup Brown Sugar
- ¼ Cup Sugar
- 1 Egg (large)
- 1 ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- ¾ teaspoon Almond Extract
- 1 ½ Cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
- ¼ teaspoon Baking Powder
- ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
- ¾ teaspoon Salt
- ½ Cup Cadbury Mini Eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350℉. Spray an 8×8 baking pan with nonstick spray to help hold the parchment in place. Line the pan with parchment paper and press into the edges.
- Cream together melted butter, brown sugar, and sugar for about 3 minutes or until light and fluffy.
- Add egg, vanilla and almond extract and mix until combined.
- Fold in flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Fold in the Cadbury Eggs and press into the pan.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, do not over bake! They will set up more out of the oven.
- Cool completely then cut into squares.
Notes
- For best results, ensure that the butter is melted and then cooled slightly before adding to the sugar.
- Do not over mix the batter to keep the blondies soft.
