Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 4 large flour tortillas (burrito-size)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and cheddar cheese until smooth.
- Fold in the shredded chicken and green onions.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Roll each tortilla tightly into a log shape.
- Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Unwrap and slice into 1-inch pinwheels with a serrated knife.
- Arrange on a serving platter and garnish with extra green onions if desired.

- Make sure the cream cheese is softened for easy mixing.
