- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 4 brioche burger buns
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- ½ cup sour cream
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with taco seasoning until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into four patties slightly larger than the buns.
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat; cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side until desired doneness.
- Add cheddar cheese during the last minute of cooking to melt.
- Toast buns on the grill for about one minute.
- Assemble burgers with lettuce, tomato slices, and a dollop of sour cream.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, consider adding jalapeños or hot sauce.
- Use leaner ground beef for less fat.
