Description
A simple and delicious flatbread made with cottage cheese.

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Blend cottage cheese and egg until smooth.
- In a bowl, stir the blended mixture with flour, baking powder, and salt until a soft dough forms.
- Lightly flour a surface and divide dough into 4 equal pieces.
- Roll each piece into a ball, then flatten into a round flatbread shape.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Cook each flatbread for 2–3 minutes per side until puffed and golden with light brown spots.
- Remove from skillet and keep warm while cooking the remaining flatbreads.
