- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) to ensure it’s hot enough for a crispy crust.
- Roll out your pre-made pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Place the cooked gyro meat evenly over the cheese, distributing it well for balanced flavor.
- Sprinkle dried oregano, salt, and pepper over the toppings to enhance the flavors.
- Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden brown.
- While the pizza bakes, dice the tomatoes and cucumbers and slice the red onions. Set them aside for topping.
