- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Prepare your workspace by gathering all ingredients and tools.
- Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces, about two bites each.
- In a bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.
- Toss the salmon pieces in the marinade and let sit for 15-20 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the marinated salmon bites for 3-4 minutes on one side until golden brown.
- Flip the bites and add any remaining marinade to the pan.
- Cook for another 3-4 minutes until opaque.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
