Description

Delicious tortilla rolls filled with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and veggies, baked until crispy.


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (mixed colors)
  • 1/3 cup sliced olives (black or green)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lay out tortillas and layer each with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Tightly roll up each tortilla and place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Let cool slightly, slice in half, and serve with warm pizza sauce.
