- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (mixed colors)
- 1/3 cup sliced olives (black or green)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lay out tortillas and layer each with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, and Italian seasoning.
- Tightly roll up each tortilla and place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool slightly, slice in half, and serve with warm pizza sauce.
