- 1 cup whole-milk ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
- Graham crackers or wafers for dipping
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta and mascarpone cheeses. Mix until smooth using an electric mixer or whisk.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix until fully incorporated.
- If desired, gently fold in mini chocolate chips to add sweetness.
- Transfer the mixture to a decorative serving bowl and arrange graham crackers or wafers around it.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!

- This dip is best served chilled.
- Chocolate chips are optional and can be omitted for a less sweet dip.
