Delicious beef sliders made with seasoned ground beef, topped with cheese and served on slider buns.

- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 8 slider buns
- 8 slices American cheese
- 1/2 cup pickles
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a bowl, season ground beef with salt and pepper; shape into small patties (about 2 inches wide).
- Place patties in the baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes. Add cheese slices on top halfway through cooking.
- Once cooked through, assemble the sliders by placing each patty on a bun and adding pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
- Serve warm alongside fries or veggies.
Notes
- These sliders can be customized with additional toppings of your choice.
- For extra flavor, consider adding sautéed onions or mushrooms.
