- 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper (adjust to taste)
- Olive oil spray for crisping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Scoop tablespoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly.
- Lightly spray each chip with olive oil spray and add more seasoning if desired.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
