Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and chop the garlic.
- Cut the steak into bite-sized cubes and season generously with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and wait until it shimmers.
- Sear the steak bites for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
- Lower the heat, add butter and minced garlic, stirring until combined.
- Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.
