Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a large baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, combine the tortellini and broccoli florets. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling.
- Toss in fresh basil leaves before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding red pepper flakes for a bit of heat.
- You can use frozen tortellini, but adjust the cooking times as necessary.
