Ingredients

- 1 cup milk or dairy alternative (almond, coconut, etc.)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, Greek yogurt, and your choice of milk. Stir until well mixed.
- Add maple syrup or honey, stirring again until smooth.
- Gently fold in sliced strawberries.
- Divide the mixture into mason jars or airtight containers, filling them nearly to the top.
- Seal tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by increasing or decreasing the amount of maple syrup or honey.
- For added flavor, try mixing in vanilla extract or cinnamon.
