A delicious and creamy dish with tender steak and sautéed peppers, baked to perfection.

- 1½ pounds sirloin steak or flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced steak and cook until browned and just cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté green and red bell peppers with onion until soft and lightly caramelized.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Season vegetables with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Return the steak to the skillet and mix everything together.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle provolone and mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.

- Serve with a side of rice or crusty bread to soak up the creamy sauce.
