Description

A delicious and easy baked meatball pasta dish, perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound frozen meatballs
  • 2 cups pasta sauce
  • 8 ounces uncooked pasta (any shape)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 3 cups low-sodium broth or water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, combine frozen meatballs, uncooked pasta, pasta sauce, broth (or water), and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
  3. Top generously with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  4. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30-35 minutes until the pasta is tender.
  5. Remove the foil during the last 10 minutes to allow the cheese to brown.
