This delicious Nutella swirled banana bread is moist, easy to make, and perfect for breakfast or a snack!

- 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg (beaten)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Nutella (for swirling)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, stir together the melted butter and mashed bananas. Mix in baking soda and salt, then add sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- Gently stir in the flour until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Spoon dollops of Nutella over the batter, then top with remaining batter.
- Use a knife to gently swirl the Nutella through the batter to create a marbled effect.
- Bake for about 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
Notes
- Make sure bananas are very ripe for the best flavor.
- This bread can also be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
