Ingredients

- 2 cups rainbow carrots, grated
- 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Grate the rainbow carrots and shred the red cabbage.
- Chop the green onions.
- In a bowl, mix rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and salt.
- Add the grated carrots, cabbage, green onions, and sesame seeds to the bowl.
- Toss everything until well coated with the dressing.
- Chill for 15 minutes before serving.
