A fresh and delightful pasta salad with cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
Ingredients

- 8 oz fusilli pasta
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 3 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and torn basil.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the balsamic glaze and olive oil. Drizzle over the pasta mixture.
- Gently toss everything together until well coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately or chill for later.
Notes
- This salad can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like cucumbers or bell peppers for extra crunch.
