Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz fusilli pasta
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 3 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and cool slightly.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and torn basil.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the balsamic glaze and olive oil. Drizzle over the pasta mixture.
  4. Gently toss everything together until well coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
