Ingredients

  • 4 cups green cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 large onion (diced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 medium carrots (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds

Instructions

  1. Slice the kielbasa into bite-sized pieces. Shred the cabbage, dice the onion, and mince the garlic.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add kielbasa slices and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet; sauté until onions are translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in shredded cabbage and sliced carrots; cook until vegetables wilt, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and caraway seeds; mix well and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
