Description

Delicious kabobs made with brownie squares, fresh strawberries, and marshmallows, drizzled with melted chocolate.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 brownie squares (store-bought or homemade)
  • 16 fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 16 large marshmallows
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
  • Wooden skewers (about 6–8 inches)

Instructions

  1. Prep the strawberries: Rinse and hull the strawberries. Pat them dry with a paper towel to prevent any slipping when you’re assembling the kabobs. Dry strawberries also help the chocolate stick better later.
  2. Cut the brownies: If you’re using homemade brownies, slice them into roughly 1-inch cubes. Avoid the very edges unless they’re soft enough to skewer.
  3. Assemble the kabobs: Take a skewer and gently thread on a brownie square, followed by a marshmallow, then a strawberry. Repeat this pattern one more time on the same skewer. You should end up with two of each ingredient per skewer.
  4. Drizzle with chocolate: Melt your chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second increments, stirring until smooth. Once melted, use a spoon or small piping bag to drizzle the chocolate over the kabobs. Let them rest on wax paper until the chocolate sets.
  5. Chill or serve immediately: If making ahead of time, place the kabobs in the fridge to keep everything fresh and the chocolate firm.
