A festive and tasty popcorn treat perfect for Easter celebrations!
Ingredients

- 4 cups plain popcorn
- 12 oz white chocolate chips (or almond bark)
- 1 cup Easter M&Ms
- 1/2 cup mini pretzels
- 1/4 cup mini eggs (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Easter sprinkles
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
Instructions
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. If making from scratch, pop your kernels in a large bowl or use pre-popped popcorn, removing any unpopped kernels.
- Melt the white chocolate chips or almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 15-30 second increments, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the popcorn, coating evenly. Add M&Ms, pretzels, and chopped mini eggs. Top with sprinkles.
- Allow the popcorn to chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to set the chocolate. Break into pieces and enjoy.
