Description

A festive and tasty popcorn treat perfect for Easter celebrations!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups plain popcorn
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips (or almond bark)
  • 1 cup Easter M&Ms
  • 1/2 cup mini pretzels
  • 1/4 cup mini eggs (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Easter sprinkles
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. If making from scratch, pop your kernels in a large bowl or use pre-popped popcorn, removing any unpopped kernels.
  2. Melt the white chocolate chips or almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 15-30 second increments, stirring until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate over the popcorn, coating evenly. Add M&Ms, pretzels, and chopped mini eggs. Top with sprinkles.
  4. Allow the popcorn to chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to set the chocolate. Break into pieces and enjoy.
