- 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Zest of 2 lemons
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: finely chop the onion, mince the garlic, zest the lemons, and chop the parsley.

- Increase heat slightly and add ground beef. Cook until browned (5-7 minutes), breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Stir in lemon zest and chopped parsley, mixing well for about 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and serve hot with rice or in pita bread.
