- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- ½ cup sour cream (substitute with vegan mayo for a dairy-free option)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (or fresh garlic for more flavor)
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup blanched fresh spinach (chopped)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or dairy-free cheese for vegan)
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese (or nutritional yeast for vegan)
- 4 large tortillas (regular or gluten-free)
- 2 slices green onions (sliced)
Instructions
- Combine cream cheese and sour cream in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the mixture; mix well.
- Fold in spinach, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and green onions.
- Spread the filling over each tortilla, leaving a half-inch border.
- Roll each tortilla tightly from the bottom edge into a log shape.
- Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Slice each roll into one-inch thick rounds.
- Arrange the pinwheels spiral side up on a serving platter and enjoy.
