  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (or fresh garlic for more flavor)
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup blanched fresh spinach (chopped)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or dairy-free cheese for vegan)
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese (or nutritional yeast for vegan)
  • 4 large tortillas (regular or gluten-free)
  • 2 slices green onions (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese and sour cream in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the mixture; mix well.
  3. Fold in spinach, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and green onions.
  4. Spread the filling over each tortilla, leaving a half-inch border.
  5. Roll each tortilla tightly from the bottom edge into a log shape.
  6. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  7. Slice each roll into one-inch thick rounds.
