Description

Delicious no-bake treats made with peanut butter and keto-friendly ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil (can use butter)
  • 6 tablespoons keto maple syrup
  • 3 cups keto crispy cereal

Instructions

  1. Line an 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper and grease generously. Set aside.
  2. Pour the cereal into a large mixing bowl.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl or a small saucepan, add the peanut butter, coconut oil, and syrup. Heat up or microwave until warm. Whisk together to combine.
  4. Pour the liquid mixture over the crispy cereal, and mix well until combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture into the lined pan and press down using a rubber spatula.
  6. Refrigerate the treats for at least an hour, to firm up.
