A delicious strawberry salad with marshmallows and a creamy dressing.

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 3 tablespoons vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup crisp crackle topping or crushed crisp candy pieces
Instructions
- Wash, hull, and slice the strawberries into bite sized pieces, then pat them dry well.
- In a large bowl, stir together the sour cream, whipped topping, and vanilla pudding mix until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the sliced strawberries, drained crushed pineapple, and mini marshmallows until evenly coated.
- Cover the bowl and chill the salad in the refrigerator for 1 hour so the texture can set.
- Fold in the crackle topping just before serving, or sprinkle it over the top for the best crunch.
